Queensland reference: UK government seeks your opinion

The UK's Intellectual Property Office is inviting interested parties to make comments to it regarding C-630/10 University of Queensland, CSL Ltd v Comptroller-General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (see The SPC Blog here) which will enable the British government to decide on the position it should be taking in this reference to the Court of Justice of the European Union for a preliminary ruling. on Articlse 3(a) and (b) of Regulation 469/2009 concerning the supplementary protection certificate for medicinal products.
